Praline's Sweet Revolution: Achieving a Culinary Vision

In 2017, the delectable journey of Praline began as a small pastry shop and café under the creative direction of owner Norma Kelly. Fast forward to this month and Norma and her team are celebrating the expansion of operations with a new café and chocolate shop at 53 Lower Cork St. Mitchelstown. 

Initially establishing itself as a pastry shop and café, 2020 was a transformative year for the business as it evolved into a Pastry and Chocolate shop. This month has seen Norma’s vision unfold fully with an offering that every town wishes it had, offering an enticing array of French pastries, cake slices, sandwiches, handmade artisan chocolate truffles and bars and an assortment of beverages, all handcrafted in their state of the art kitchen using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

This new space is a dream that Norma has had for many years with much more in the pipeline including the introduction of a chocolate and pastry school in the future.

Norma’s commitment to excellence continues to shape Praline's narrative. As she and her team savours the present success, the anticipation for Praline's future endeavours adds an extra layer of sweetness to this culinary journey.
