their regular customer base and beyond by setting up an
online store in the simplest way possible, while equipping
them with the tools to promote their store using their social
media channels.

Within a highly interactive and collaborative workshop, you will be equipped to:
- Assess the advantages of both Shopify and Etsy and see which suits your offering.
- Set up an Etsy store.
- Set up a Shopify store.
- Learn the value of good photography and how to take great photos for selling your creations.
- Deal with the mindset of selling.
- Write descriptions that maximise interest and sales.
- Manage your customers.
- Understand the importance of presentation and packaging.
- Ask for customer reviews.
- Nurture your customers after the sale.
- Use social media for selling.
- Understand the importance of story in selling work.
Each workshop includes periods of teaching (using ppt/whiteboard/video and other tools) interspersed with highly practical online breakout groups where participants can work in small teams to collaborate, problem-solve and support each other (supported by the facilitator)
