This is achieved by looking at your business from an environmental perspective. Improving environmental performance through greater resource efficiency can help your business achieve competitive advantage. 
  • Superior Retailing Programme - Successful participants will be supported by a team of retail professionals through this programme to help their business innovate and thrive through the challenges of Covid and Brexit in 2021. 
  • North West Export Development Programme - Participating businesses will be supported by experienced export experts during this highly interactive and practical programme to support small businesses in developing market entry plans. Focusing on developing the export capability of companies to grow market sales strategically. 
  • Border Financial Development Programme - This course is sponsored by your Local Enterprise Office (LEO) and delivered by experienced Chartered Accountants. The program will improve your confidence in dealing with business accounts, cashflow and budgetary and financial management. 
  • Border Innovation Development Programme. - In order to compete internationally companies need to seek to innovate in what ever way they can, it can be in relation to how they do business or the product or service they wish to present to their customers. This highly interactive programme will allow you to develop the skills to be more innovative and focus with the support of expert coaches to bring an innovation project to life.
