The winners of the recent  Digital Photography Competition run by Local Enterprise Office Carlow in conjunction with Carlow County Council have been announced. The victors were presented with there awards at a recent event held in Visual Carlow. The standard of entries received was very high and the judges had a really hard job determining the winners in each category. Please see full list of winners below.
