The CNET Network is for employers of all sizes, whether you are a small business with a few employees or a large organisation with hundreds of employees.

'Embracing Employee Well Being In Your Workplace'

The Theme for the evening is “Embracing Employee Well Being In Your Workplace" and will include a practical workshop on developing and implementing strategies within your business that will ultimately benefit the relationship you have with your staff. Guest Speaker, Sophie Moran, KeepWell Senior Account Executive in IBEC will advise on how they guide companies on how to improve workplace health and safety while maintaining a sense of well being.

Sophie is responsible for making sure KeepWell works for businesses that are part of the KeepWell community. This means ensuring the account management process is effective and supportive, and prioritising the future strategic development of The KeepWell Mark™. She oversees the delivery of the assessment programme and contributes to communications, event planning, business development, and is focused on positioning the Mark at the forefront of the wellbeing agenda. 

Sophie will be joined by her colleague Anna Donegan, Senior Membership Development Executive.Sophie Moran

Anna is often the first point of contact for companies on their KeepWell journey. She establishes strong relationships with companies during the pre-enrolment stage of the process and informs them on the steps, procedures and expectations involved in The KeepWell Mark™. Anna has also been a guest speaker and panel contributor at multiple health and wellbeing conferences.

 



CNET IN 2019

CNET, short for Cavan Employers HR & Skills Network, was established in 2017 by Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Cavan and Cavan Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB). The aim of this business network is to help employers and managers in County Cavan support their employees, develop their employees and help them to be effective in managing their people and positively impact on business performance.

We want to engage with as many employers in the County as possible to ensure continued success of the network and most importantly, valuable learning and support to network members.

We have five exciting and informative CNET events planned for 2019. Events will take place on Wednesday evenings from 6.15pm-8.15pm. All event information, including venue location for each event, will be updated on our website closer to each date. Remaining dates for 2019 are as follows:

  1. 11th September
  2. 23rd October
  3. 27th November

The Annual Membership Fee for 2019 is €40 and covers attendance at 5 meetings/workshops and supper. 

CNET Network Co-ordinator

Our CNET Network Co-Ordinator for 2019 is Francis Verling, Verling Consulting. Francis has gained significant experience working with SME'S in areas of business development, sales & marketing, new product / service development for SMEs and owner manager businesses.
