The workshop will be structured in four parts as follows:
Part 1 Tradeshow Preparation:
- Which Tradeshow?
- Product Costing & Pricing
- Preparing Paperwork - Order Forms, Pricing, Minimum Orders Quantities and Retail Offers, T&Cs preparation
- Pre-Tradeshow Marketing & PR
Part 2 Tradeshow Selling:
- Stand Design & Layout,
- Product Selection & Display
- Selling to Trade buyers
Part 3 Tradeshow Follow-up:
- Enquiry follow-up
- Sample preparation and despatch
- Order fulfilment & Invoicing
- Resource planning
Course Outputs:
At the end of the workshop participants will have:
- Identified the ‘right’ tradeshows for their business
- Identified a Stand Style for their business
- Understood Selling Techniques appropriate to Tradeshows exhibiting
- Developed a Checklist for Tradeshow Exhibiting
