Tradeshows provide an excellent opportunity to grow your sales, however not all businesses maximise their presence. This course will help you make the most from tradeshow attendance - from designing your stand to order fulfilment.

The workshop will be structured in four parts as follows:

Part 1 Tradeshow Preparation:

  • Which Tradeshow?
  • Product Costing & Pricing
  • Preparing Paperwork - Order Forms, Pricing, Minimum Orders Quantities and Retail Offers, T&Cs preparation
  • Pre-Tradeshow Marketing & PR

Part 2 Tradeshow Selling:

  • Stand Design & Layout,
  • Product Selection & Display
  • Selling to Trade buyers

Part 3 Tradeshow Follow-up:

  • Enquiry follow-up
  • Sample preparation and despatch
  • Order fulfilment & Invoicing
  • Resource planning

Course Outputs:

At the end of the workshop participants will have:

  • Identified the ‘right’ tradeshows for their business
  • Identified a Stand Style for their business
  • Understood Selling Techniques appropriate to Tradeshows exhibiting
  • Developed a Checklist for Tradeshow Exhibiting

  • This programme will include 1 x three-hour follow up one-to-one session with the programme trainer.
