• Understand the concept of ACCOUNTABILITY
• Be aware of the policies, procedures, systems to implement to become GDPR compliant
• Have the knowledge to commence your roadmap towards GDPR ACCOUNTABILITY
A 3 hour workshop which covers:
• Legal Principles of EU GDPR legislation
• Data Inventory
• Accountability
• Data Subjects Rights
• Privacy Statements
• Impacts of GDPR to Data Controllers & Data Processors
• Data Breaches & Data Breach Reporting
• Sanctions & Fines Training
Methodology
The training style & nature of this workshop is that of ‘Facilitated Learning’ in a positive, fast moving and enjoyable environment. The trainer Clare Copas will use PowerPoint slides and a workbook which the participants will take away with them. This workbook will help your company focus on the changes that GDPR is bringing and what each department needs to action in order to implement change to their policies and procedures. Clare will be discussing tips & tools as to how to embark on the road map to accountability.
