Programme:

A full day workshop followed by a one-to-one consultation

By the end of the programme participants will:

  • know how to build a sales pipeline of new business
  • have a sales process they can use in their everyday business
  • know how to conduct a cold call
  • understand how to manage the sales process
  • conduct proper sales call preparations
  • have developed sales skills, knowing how to ask open and closed questions
  • know how to handle objections
  • ask for the order and will have practices exercise
  • understand the importance of building strong customer relationships for driving repeat business.
