Sales Bootcamp (Daytime)

Course Description:       

This one-day bootcamp will equip participants with the knowledge to develop a clear sales plan for their business and examine all stages in the selling process, from prospecting new customers to closing sales, and maintaining customer loyalty to drive repeat business. Participants should gain a good understanding of cost effective tools and techniques for building stronger customer relationships.

This programme should equip owner/managers of small businesses with an understanding of how to design a sales process which will help them identify and qualify customers, generate new leads, manage the sales pipeline and secure referrals.

By the end of the programme participants will:

  • Know how to build a sales pipeline of new business
  • Have a sales process they can use in their everyday business
  • Understand how to manage and close the sales process
  • Increase Customer Spend
  • Conduct proper sales/cold call preparation/pitch preparation


  • 1 x 1 day (10.00am-4.00pm) workshop
  • This programme will include 1 x three-hour follow up one-to-one session with the programme trainer.
