Time Management to Increase Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Productivity

Are there never enough hours in the day? This workshop will teach you the tips and trick to better manage your time and become more productive.


This workshop aims to help anyone who needs to understand how to manage their own time in order to meet deadlines and objectives for high priority tasks, and/or those who feel that there are not enough hours in a day to accomplish their goals and are always looking back wondering why they did not accomplish the tasks they had set out to achieve. At completion, participants will have gained clear and valuable insights and guidelines on how to manage time successfully, ensuring that their time is focused on high-priority tasks.

This course will be delivered online via Zoom.

Within a highly interactive and collaborative workshop, you will be equipped to:

  • Identify the key time management issues that you are currently facing
  • Understand why these issues arise
  • Evaluate how you use your time
  • Improve your skills in setting priorities
  • Improve awareness of the importance of setting clear goals
  • Schedule and plan your work using a Time Management Matrix
  • Identify practical tools, techniques, and resources to ensure that your planned activities will be achieved
  • Answer the Five W’s – Who else, What Else, Where Else, When and Why?
  • Minimize wasted time, particularly on minor tasks, and manage interruptions
  • Manage your time with the use of tips and suggestions
