LIT’s HARTNETT CENTRE IS OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS TO NEW FRONTIERS PHASE 1

Ready to test your innovative business idea?

New Frontiers Phase 1 will help you validate the market potential of your business idea.

The programme will be held part-time over a 5 week period (each Wednesday & Thursday evening) beginning Wednesday 29^th April 2020 (6:00pm- 9:15pm).

During 10 sessions you will stress test your business idea, carry out market research, look at the financials and begin pitching your idea.  These workshops will allow you to tease out the feasibility of your business idea, evaluate if your idea can be turned into a viable business proposition and to learn what entrepreneurship entails.  Upon completion of the course, you will be clearer about the viability of your business idea and will be armed with enough information to decide whether or not you are ready for the next step.

It is highly recommended that you begin your New Frontiers journey with Phase 1, use the skills acquired during the programme to progress your idea, turning your idea into a business proposition and consider then applying to phase 2 of the programme where you develop the business with wrap around supports http://www.hartnettcentre.ie/NewFrontiersPhase2.php .  

New Frontiers Phase 1Programme delivery will take place:

• Wednesday 29^th April / Thursday 30^th April
• Wednesday 6^th May / Thursday 7^th May
• Wednesday 13^th May / Thursday 14^th May
• Wednesday 20^th May / Thursday 21^st May
• Wednesday 27^th May / Thursday 28^th May
• 1-1 Meetings will be scheduled post-programme in June.

 Application Process:

 The call is competitive and is open to individuals who have an innovative business idea.

The Closing Date for receipt of online application forms is Thursday 19^th March @ 12:00 noon.  

All applicants will be invited to participate in a telephone interview this is expected to take place Monday, 30^th March and Tuesday, 31^st March.
