Lunch & Learn: How to LEAN your Business
Local Enterprise Office Clare is delighted to host a LEAN for Business Lunch & Learn event, bringing together local entrepreneurs and business leaders for an engaging and practical session on process improvement.
The event will be guided by industry expert John O’Shanahan from LeanBPI, whose extensive experience in helping companies streamline operations promises valuable insights & actionable takeaways.
Adding a local success story to the mix, Sean Lally from Hotel Woodstock, who has already benefited from the LEAN process, will also join the session to share their real-world experience, challenges & wins. This is a fantastic opportunity to see how LEAN principles are applied locally.
What is the Lean for Business programme?
Lean For Business is a consultancy programme designed to encourage clients to adopt Lean business principles in their organisations - to increase performance & competitiveness. Lean is for all companies, regardless of the sector – it is not just for manufacturing companies.
With the Lean consultancy, the Lean consultant will visit your company, evaluate its processes & speak with the company’s managers about challenges faced by the business & the improvement project opportunities to be carried out over several weeks. At the end of the engagement with the Lean consultant, a final report, case study & metrics, are sent to the LEO.
LEO Clare will provide a full mentoring programme with clients who sign up to the LEAN Programme after this information session.
