Twitter is a social network service used by over 300M people a month worldwide. In Ireland 29% of all Irish adults are using Twitter to share news, find information and interact with their friends and businesses. Twitter is very skewed to media so news that breaks on Twitter can sometimes get blanket media coverage. When done right, Twitter can be a very useful tool for businesses of all sizes.

Objectives: The focus of this course is to show how a business can use Twitter to help with its sales, marketing, support and communications.
