Twitter for Business

Twitter is a social network service used by over 300M people a month worldwide. In Ireland 29% of all Irish adults are using Twitter to share news, find information and interact with their friends and businesses. Twitter is very skewed to media so news that breaks on Twitter can sometimes get blanket media coverage. When done right, Twitter can be a very useful tool for businesses of all sizes.

Objectives: The focus of this course is to show how a business can use Twitter to help with its sales, marketing, support and communications. We will take your core business objectives and tie them into Twitter. 1000s of businesses in Ireland are using Twitter every day but are not seeing a measureable return, this course helps you evaluate whether Twitter is for you, the potential if you use Twitter but also the time and resources needed to make Twitter a viable resource.
