Grattan Donnelly Headshot 2

The demands on small business owners and managers during these volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) times are enormous.

  • How do you navigate uncertainty?
  • How do you resource yourself for what lies ahead, when often you know so little about what lies ahead?
  • How do you take care of yourself so you can be in service to your businesses, your people? Your family and friends? Your local communities?

What’s needed now are leaders who can remain calm. Who can support themselves and their people to navigate complexity and uncertainty. Leaders who recognise when it’s wise to seek safe harbour, and make better decisions.

What can support leaders to do that? Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a practice. It’s like going to the gym for the mind, and requires regular training to get fit. Some of the proven benefits of mindfulness include:

  • Reduced stress
  • Better decision making & problem solving
  • Increased flexibility & resilience
  • Enhanced focus and attention
  • Better sleep

“The more I practice, the luckier I get.”

In this interactive workshop you will learn:

  • Tips, tools and techniques on how to bring mindfulness practices into your daily work-life-family rhythms
  • What the latest neuroscience research shows
  • How to establish a regular mindfulness practice(s)
  • “Remedies” on your doorstep
