Anne Marie lectures /trains in Career Coaching, Work experience /placement, business management , business planning customer service, fashion, retail sales, work place policies and procedures, communications, work experience, retail selling, retail administration, Anne- Marie had over 20 years experience in business and Retail /Training. She has worked at senior level with Companies such as Saks Fifth Ave (USA), The Body Shop, Claire’s Accessories, The Health Store Group, and TGI Fridays (USA). Staff training and development as well as developing new initiatives to maximise sales has been Anne-Marie’s main areas of expertise and focus. Anne-Marie has recruited, trained and developed hundreds of staff throughout her career.
Anne Marie owns and operates her own successful hair and beauty salon which she started from scratch therefore she an in depth knowledge on start ups in Ireland. Anne- Marie is also in the process of developing a business idea.
Anne Marie has expertise in assessing an operation and identifying problematic areas, then designing programmes to address and improve those areas.
Anne Marie trains/ facilitates in a wide variety of subjects and her sessions are informative, practical with real life scenarios integrated into the learning.
