Prior to establishing KTCL Karan held significant roles as Vice President of Global Customer Services with Braxtel Communications and Events, Operations and OPW Special Projects Manager at the National Concert Hall. She has been a regular guest lecturer on third level programmes for the arts and cultural sector for many years.
