SPEAKER PROFILE:
Aoife Mollin is the MD of AMA Results that supports middle & senior managers to achieve values driven success in their leadership role so that they are confident, satisfied & successful in their role as a leader. Aoife has spent over 13 years in Management consultancy working across industries including service-based entrepreneurs, technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, health services, forestry, transport,energy and retail – within both the private and the public sector. She combines her consulting experience with training and coaching skills with her particular focus on facilitating individuals and teams to contribute more effectively to organisational performance, whilst enhancing their own work satisfaction and productivity. She designs and delivers customised development programmes tailored to the clients’ requirements. Aoife’s main interest is helping leaders to learn, grow and succeed.
Aoife holds a European honours degree in Business & Legal Studies from University College Dublin, a Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching and a Diploma in Personal and Small Business coaching. Aoife is a member of the Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD) & the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Aoife is currently pursuing a part-time Masters in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology with the University of East London & a PCC credential (Professional Certified Coach) through the ICF. Aoife was a finalist in the 2016 Coach of the Year Ireland ICF awards.
