In our first online session, member and IT specialist Ciara Costelloe will share some tips on how you can use technology to help you to run your business, particularly:
- How to improve communication between you and your customers, subcontractors, teams, etc.
- Free and inexpensive options for project management, productivity and data storage..
- Free or light options for basic accounting and CRM systems.
- What to take into account when considering paid options in software.

Ciara has been working within IT for over 15 years. She is the IT Architect for the Customer Relationship Management system within Irish Life Financial Services. She has worked on the design and implementation of many large system upgrades, redesigns and migrations. She founded an Irish board game design and publishing business with her husband and brother in 2016. They successfully released their first game, Dice Summoners in 2019 and are planning the release of their second in 2021.
