The talk will be followed by a barbecue, wine and informal networking.

Speaker Profile: Siobhan O’Shea, Client Services Director, Cpl

Siobhan is Client Services Director for Cpl, Ireland’s largest talent solutions company, and a member of the Cpl leadership team. She is a frequent speaker and brand ambassador for Cpl’s ‘Future of Work Institute’ on workplace trends and D&I. Siobhan is a member of the Board of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and chairs the Labour taskforce. She is Chair of the Dublin Regional Skills Forum, and a member of the DBEI Future of ICT Skills and HEA Springboard expert groups. She also mentors in the Trinity College Women in Business Network and the 30% Club.

Siobhan previously held a number of leadership roles with recruitment firm Morgan McKinley. Her early career was spent in New York working as an Investment Advisor on Wall Street and as a Producer for financial television network CNBC.  Siobhan is a Board member of charity Teenline Ireland, and actively involved in the Open Doors Initiative and the Trinity School for People with Intellectual Disabilities.
