Export Development Programme

The programme has been designed to meet the specific needs of participating companies and the challenges they face in exporting their products to new markets.

  • PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
  • To develop awareness within each company of key export success factors and potential stumbling blocks.
  • To assist SME businesses with export aspirations, to explore and action their export potential in key markets.
  • To maximize each company’s potential for export success and minimise their exposure to the most common risks when it comes to exporting for the first time.
  • To develop awareness within each SME company of key export success factors and to build the management expertise on how to start their export journey.
  • To provide participants with an Export Plan template that will allow them to construct their own export plan to deliver successful exporting for the first time.

  • PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
  • This course will work with participants to assess their export readiness and develop a market entry strategy for their target export market(s) post-BREXIT / COVID-19.
  • Each company will be trained on how to identify the key barriers to export market entry, differentiate between market entry strategies, and how best to identify potential export partners.
