It is increasing important for Irish companies in most industry sectors to establish links with new markets in order to strengthen business relationships and thus develop activity. The core aim of this modular programme is to prepare SME’s in Ireland for the Export process by exploring all the issues for consideration and putting together action plans for a targeted approach which will produce tangible business results.

 

 Exporting is one of the main methods of development/growth available to Irish businesses today and there is an increased demand for Irish products and services overseas and now is the ideal opportunity for businesses to consider the niches that are available for fulfilment in these foreign markets. ”The challenge for Local Enterprise Office and our clients is to continue the transformation into an innovative and productive enterprise base where market knowledge and innovation will increasingly determine success in export markets”.

Delivery Methodology
 

Participants will undertake an Export Readiness Assessment and the training will focus on delivering up-to-date information on the practicalities of doing business overseas and will be provided with the key factors that will contribute to the success of a company’s export plans.
