Session Description:-
Majella Murphy from Furthr will moderate this session.
Majella will introduce the 11 Point framework outlining how the 3 core sections of the framework of HOW to set the foundations to innovate, WITH WHOM across your business ecosystem you can Innovate, and WHERE in the business operations and model to Innovate.
When fully understood this approach can form the basis of creative innovation plays which can transform your business and move it to a new level. A panel of 3 very different businesses (who are LEO Clients) who have used this framework approach successfully will share their experience of how they analysed their business fresh from the ground up and using the framework model developed Innovation plays which have helped change and grow their business
Session Objectives:-
Participants will be enlightened as to the basic principles of how to deconstruct innovation and build a structured innovation led approach to growing their business. They will want to know more (hopefully) about how to skill up on this approach. They will feel motivated to bring a new approach to innovating back to their business
