The Local Enterprise Offices of Dublin City, Fingal and South Dublin have developed a 2 day programme for you. Under the guidance of a specialist training company, you will learn about the Irish food sector, gain an understanding of requirements on labelling, food safety and insurance, investigate the best route to market and hear about the role of state enterprise agencies in supporting food start-ups.
All course content has been carefully chosen to support any pre-trading or newly established food production business.
Class sizes are limited to 20 people to ensure maximize learning outcomes for participants.
The programme is run on two days Saturday 18th April 2015 and Saturday 25th April 2015. Participants must attend both days.
