You may have difficulty getting through on the telephone, so instead, make contact with your LEO directly via e-mail, the address of which can be found on their local website on the top right-hand corner (under the heading ‘Get in Touch’).
Make sure to be specific in your email, outlining your query and include your full contact details.
Most information on LEO supports is available on their website and all LEOs take online bookings with some also offering an online application process for several schemes.
