Food Business Start-ups? "Turn On, Boot Up, Jack In” to the New Digital School of Food

Led by Local Enterprise Office with the support of Enterprise Ireland, Bord Bia and the Dublin Institute of Technology, the new Digital School of Food (DSoF) is an e-learning initiative targeting food producers from idea through start-up and growth stages.

The first of its kind in Europe, the DSoF gives emerging food entrepreneurs access to commercial guidance and mentoring to bring their idea to life and get their products onto shelves. The online platform features a series of practical modules and tutorials, bringing together a wealth of expertise including key lessons and learnings from successful food entrepreneurs who each share the benefits # of their experience.

The programme is available online so that users can go through the modules at their own pace and in their own home or business premises. Available completely free of charge to Irish based businesses, it is particularly geared at anyone interested in setting up their own food production business, or food businesses that have set up over the last 1 - 2 years.
