    • Implications of Employees working from home (is it an option), delays in reporting or communications
    • If production slowed down - What Bottlenecks are likely in the system and where or at what stage?
    • If services open to customers – how can business be done differently?
    • We would talk about the Importance of signage, markings on the floor & other elements of good housekeeping.
    • Scheduling – getting goods in & out? Criteria around that?
    • Delays in shipments? impact on the production process,
    • Change in a shift to account for fewer people on at a time? How is work currently carried out, what changes would be required?
    • What safety changes are required? What are currently procedures, who will update them?
    • How are things communicated?
    • How close are people currently working, how this can be changed, what is feasible?
    • Are there areas of poor housekeeping? What hygiene is in place, and who touches what when it moves from a to b?
    • How can workflow be improved? Where the input comes from, and what output is required, and in what format?
    • How can things be organised better?
    • Is there cross-training? Can training be done online?
    • Warehousing, goods receipting, procedures for suppliers’ arrival
