Female Entrepreneurship - Confidence and Communication Skills

This practical workshop is designed for women who want to feel more confident in their business and would like to learn how to communicate their value more effectively through better public speaking. Would you like to do talks, workshops or attend networking events/do business pitches but find that you avoid them due to fear of public speaking? This workshop will help you to overcome imposter syndrome, amplify your potential and communicate with confidence.

Programme Outline

Identify the personal values, strengths and beliefs that shape who you are and learn how to use these to fuel your business & communication confidence. Learn & understand what makes a good communicator, how to craft a clear and effective message and how to deliver it with confidence. 

On completion of this workshop, you will have the skills necessary to:
  • Create a set of values & beliefs that will underpin your business & communication confidence
  • Develop a simple, effective structure to use when preparing your talk/pitch/workshop 
  • Utilise effective body language to reinforce your message and endear you to your audience
  • Deliver a clear, impactful message using positive language that will engage potential customers, clients and peers
  • Stay calm and overcome the nerves that can often accompany public speaking.
Learning Approach

This session will be highly interactive and will make use of live examples from the attendees in order to make it as relevant as possible. Delivery style will include the use of trainer presentations, group and individual work.
