Workshop Summary - Social Media & Digital Marketing

It is increasingly important for small businesses to take advantage of Social Media & Digital Marketing. Digital Marketing can help to build brand awareness, increase customer engagement and decrease marketing costs, compared to traditional media. This workshop will equip participants with the knowledge necessary to start building an online presence for their small business.

To provide participants with the skills and tools necessary to become adept at using social media & digital marketing tools to build an online brand as well as exploring advanced social media & digital marketing tactics in order to build their brand profile online.

On completion of this one day Social Media & Digital Marketing workshop participants will;

    What do I need to bring?

    You are encouraged (but not obliged) to bring along your own laptop or iPad (if you have one) in order to work “live” under the assistance and supervision of the trainer. Lunch and refreshments will be provided as well as any required workshop materials.
