Project Management contractor sought for new food innovation hub in Athenry 

Bia Innovator Campus CLG proposes to develop a multi food sector centre of excellence infrastructure for incubation and innovation on a site of approximately 1.8 Ha at Teagasc Mellows Campus, Athenry, Co. Galway. The vision for the project is to provide seamless growth, innovation and acceleration supports to the food sector across 3 buildings to include:


  • 4 co-working food kitchens (seafood, dairy, meat and general)
  • 9 individual starter food production units
  • 3 individual large scale food production units
  • Centre of Excellence


In addition to the construction of 3 no. buildings, the campus will consist of access roads, parking areas, disabled parking, bicycle parking, landscaped areas, loading and set down area and the provision of a bus bay and electric vehicle charge point.


Bia Innovator Campus CLG now wishes to engage a multidiscipline competent and suitably experienced Lead Consultant and Integrated Design Team to provide consultancy services in respect of the design and delivery of the Bia Innovator Campus infrastructure development.
