What is the 'Business Growth Programme'?

This programme is aimed at business owners who wish to sustain and grow their businesses.

We can establish real clarity around what we wish to achieve in our businesses.  We can set SMART goals and identify exactly what needs to be done to achieve those goals.  We can ensure that our time, energy, resources and cash are all focused on the vital few high pay-off activities which bring us towards the achievement of those goals.

  • We can network in a way that builds mutually beneficial relationships and leads to increased business and profits.
  • Even if we have little/no budget for marketing and advertising, we can still promote our businesses in efficient and cost-effective ways. 
  • We can use our time more efficiently, prioritise for success and reduce or eliminate procrastination.
  • No economy, economist or bank manager can prevent us from doing these things.

Like any other effective training and development activity this programme is extremely participative with numerous activities and action plans to be completed, all based around your business and what is needed for successful growth.

The facilitator will speak with each participant before the programme commences, and tailor aspects of the content according to the profiles and needs of the participants.

Each participant will have a 1:1 coaching session, with a qualified business coach, on participant’s own plan for success.

Please note that this programme is highly interactive and practical.  It is only as good as your commitment to action and implementation of actions identified to grow your business. 

You will be presented with hundreds of ways in which you can grow your business.  You, with the aid of your facilitator, will select the most appropriate actions for your business.  The participants who have gained most success from this programme are invariably those who, having identified a few actions which could make a huge difference to their business, simply took action.  It doesn’t matter if you remember the other stuff, the terminology used etc. … it’s all about TAKING ACTION …. And you will have the support of your facilitator and fellow participants.

2 & 3.     MARKETING ASSETS AND PROFITABLE NETWORKING

  • The 9 critical components of optimal promotional activities
  • How to implement them for your individual business
  • How to network effectively and profitably – even if you currently hate the prospect of networking

4. SALES CONVERSION

  • How to convert a greater portion of your leads into paying customers
  • Design Your Own Sales Funnel

5. CUSTOMER MAXIMISATION

  • How to generate additional revenue and profits from and through your existing customers by getting them to
  • Spend more each time they buy
  • Buy more often
  • Remain a customer for longer
  • Generate more business for you 

6. PLANNING YOUR BUSINESS’ SUCCESS

  • Create a 1-page business plan for you incorporating the areas in which you want success, SMART goals which indicate success for you and identification of the critical few activities which, if done well, will enable achievement of those goals

7. PLAN IMPLEMENTATION & PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

  • Create a detailed action plan for the critical activities identified in week 6
  • How to make much better use of your time and be far more personally effective

8. PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER – ACTION PLAN FOR SUCCESS

  • Amalgamate output from sessions 1 – 7 and review in the context of your business to ensure that you leave the programme with clear direction & purpose

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSION

  • A 1:1 session with the facilitator (qualified business coach) on topics of your choice in relation to improving your business
