This course runs over two full days: Wednesday 2nd October & Wednesday 9th October and also includes a 1-1 mentoring session. This course is for you if you are about to embark on a new business venture, looking to re-brand or elevate your existing business. The aim of this workshop is to give you a greater understanding of branding and why it is important for business. We will evaluate your current brand, identify your points of difference and look at ways to engage the people that matter most – your customers. We will cut through the clutter to discover what lies at the heart of your brand; generate creative ideas, and help you explore the areas of your brand that need the most work. OVERALL AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

  • In this workshop participants will be encouraged to take the much needed time to reflect and find focus, then roll up their sleeves and tackle their branding challenges with a new clarity and confidence.
  • It will cut through the clutter and discover what lies at the heart of your brand, fire-up creative ideas, and help you explore the areas of your brand that need the most polishing.
  • Throughout the workshop participants will work in small groups and have productive conversations that will garner insights about their brand. To strengthen their points of difference and look at ways to engage the people who matter most to their business.
  • Participants will be armed with the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to take ownership and bring their brand to life.

BY THE END OF THE WORKSHOP THE PARTICIPANTS WILL:

  • Have greater understanding of branding and the branding process.
  • Have analysed and evaluated their current brand — BRAND AUDIT.
  • Have defined their brand.
  • Who they are — BRAND VISION, What they do — BRAND POSITION, Why it matters — BRAND VALUES.
  • Have a clear BRAND BLUEPRINT to enable them to bring their business vision to life.
  • They will have learned the value of design for business and feel confident as their own brand ambassador, building customer loyalty, as well as maintaining and protecting their brand.
