The Export Compass series
Are you looking to grow your business through export?
Enterprise Ireland are presenting a series of workshops to demonstrate and promote ways to overcome the challenges of the pandemic by understanding overseas business cultures, building digital capabilities for selling and developing customer, distributor and/or partner relationships.
The 5-part series will look at:
1. Defining Export Strategy
The first element of the series focuses on developing and validating the business offering and export market.
2. Consumer and Market Research
The second part of the series investigates and defines the target customer. This module focuses on the global consumer, exploring the dynamic of varying market needs, tastes and cultures. The session also provides insight into how businesses can conduct international business effectively.
3. International Sales and Marketing
Part three outlines the activities businesses can complete in preparations to reach new export markets. This session will focus on the use of the international sales and marketing mix to reach the export customer in the competitive digital marketplace.
4. Financial strategy
Section four highlights how the export plan may be financed, outlining available funding opportunities and potential pricing strategies.
5. Summary and Q&A Session
Finally, part five of the Export Compass Series consists of a strategic overview of the above topics and provides the opportunity to ask questions and discuss potential export strategies.
The series will feature interviews with companies who have successfully exported and overseas Enterprise Ireland staff.
The webinar series is free to all micro and SME companies who are looking to take the first steps on the export journey.
