This series of virtual coffee breaks are a chance to share ideas, discuss topics of interest and begin each week with fresh leadership ideas.

As we know too well, the pandemic has left many businesses facing tough times, and this current 2-month lockdown isn't making things any easier.

But Spring has arrived! And with it comes feelings of hope. We're here to offer some support, providing us all with a platform to engage with each other weekly - at a time where other networking gatherings are suspended.

This week we welcome Managing Director of The HR Suite and HR and Employment Law Expert, Caroline McEnery.

The focus of this session will be on practical HR tips that all employers should know to maximise their people and legal compliance.


About Caroline McEnery

Caroline McEnery, Managing Director of The HR Suite and HR and Employment Law Expert. Caroline is a former member of the Low Pay Commission and is also an adjudicator in the Work Place Relations Commission. Top trainer and presenter, keynote speaker, expert investigator, mediator, WRC Adjudication Officer and owner of The HR Suite

She has also completed a Masters in Human Resources in the University of Limerick, she is CIPD accredited as well as being a trained mediator. Caroline had worked across various areas of HR for over 20 years in Kerry Group and in the retail and hospitality sector where she was the Operations and HR Director of the Garvey Group prior to setting up The HR Suite in 2009.
