Advance Management Development Program

This Advance Management Development Programme (AMDP) is ideal for owner / managers who have previously completed the very popular Management Development Programme with Blaise Brosnan (MDP). If you have a strong commitment to expanding your business onto the next stage of your business cycle, then this AMDP will be ideal for you.

This programme will combine management theory, powerful peer learning, networking and action learning approaches.

In order not to encroach too much into your working week, we will run this practical 10 module programme from 8am to 10am on Tuesday mornings. In addition you will have two “one on one” confidential meeting with Blaise in order to address specific issues / opportunities, which you may not want to speak about within the group structure.

• To increase your ability to further develop your business by focusing on the practical challenges and opportunities you are facing or about to face. The current issues of COVID-19 and Brexit need to be managed around.
• To challenge you to clarify your next move and put in place the necessary management and other resources to make it happen.
• To ensure that you have the opportunity to learn from Blaise.
