EXPORTER Business Breakfast : Supporting and connecting businesses to grow on the world stage
Tuesday 29th August, MERITS
8am - 10am
Our priority objective this autumn is in supporting prospective and emerging exporters to build company scale and expand their reach.
We are keen to work with existing and new business clients with up to 50 employees to support them in fulfilling their global ambition. We will achieve this through the introduction of new funding opportunities, export accelerate programme, export support clinics, collaboration through digital transformation and the establishment of a regional exporters hub in Kildare – all of which will be showcased and made accessible at this event.
Dr Colm Reilly, Director of OCO Global will lead with his latest research on the export scenario in Ireland and where he has identified the most significant opportunities for Irish exporters. He'll be discussing what it takes to enter an export market and the steps every company can take to ensure that exporting becomes a sustained growing part of their business.
The Local Enterprise Office team will launch a new suite of supports designed specifically for both emerging and existing exporters in Kildare, including Enterprise Europe Network's export opportunities that our clients can access.
The global economy is changing fast. Only by exporting can we tap into the trends that are transforming the world economy and take full advantage of the changing opportunities across international markets.
We know that businesses that export are more productive, create more jobs, and are more likely to innovate.
This Exporter Business Breakfast is to ensure that Kildare-based exporters are supported and are punching above their weight in global markets.
This event will also discuss the export supports available from the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)
