• 1 day training in MERITS, Naas (requirement to bring your laptop and have access to energy, waste, water, and transport data/bills)

• Introduction to Sustainability Standards and how they can be implemented in the business.
• Sustainability Benchmarking Exercise based on the SDGs
• Developing a Sustainable Action Plan based on the benchmarking exercise which can support site visits.

  Site Visits – half day consultant site visit to your premises

  • Review of outputs and objectives from the sustainable action plan
  • High level review of energy consumption, processes, and key items identified in the sustainable action plan.
  • Review potential for renewable energy if applicable
  • Identify potential metrics and KPI’S for the business to work on to support the action plan.
