Facebook Marketing – Beginners Level

This module is designed for businesses starting out on Facebook and want to build a strong loyal network with existing and potential customers. The training will provide each participant with the know-how to plan and manage communications and marketing through the influential social networks - Facebook.   It will provide each participant with techniques and tools to understand and harness the opportunities provided by best practice social media marketing and online PR.    It will help participants to fully understand how to leverage their presence on Social Media platforms to generate connections, build relationships with customers and boost profits.

Our Specialist Trainer will share a range of case studies of businesses that are successfully using Facebook effectively to build and develop their businesses.  The workshop will provide participants with detailed and practical knowledge to fully develop expertise in the area of Facebook.

On completion of this workshop participants will have the following:

• Practical Understanding of Social Media and on-line branding in a small business context.
• Understand the business benefits of Facebook
• An understanding of how to create and monitor marketing activities and access new customers and markets through Facebook activity.
• Will have created a business Facebook Page for their business

• Online/Remote classroom based
• Zoom Virtual Classroom
• You will only need a PC/laptop/smart phone or tablet to participate
• This interactive training experience enables you to connect remotely with our Specialists in an online classroom (using features such as screensharing, ppts, whiteboards and break out rooms)
• Individual Mentoring online on a one to one basis (on line) following the group sessions that will be available by appointment to suit your schedule.
