Facebook Marketing - Advanced Level

This module is designed for businesses that want to us Facebook to build a strong loyal network with existing and potential customers. The training will provide each participant with the know-how to plan and manage communications and marketing through the influential social networks - Facebook.   It will provide each participant with techniques and tools to understand and harness the opportunities provided by best practice social media marketing and online PR.    It will help participants to fully understand how to leverage their presence on Social Media platforms to generate connections, build relationships with customers and boost profits.

Our Specialist Trainer will share a range of case studies of businesses that are successfully using Facebook effectively to build and develop their businesses.  The workshop will provide participants with detailed and practical knowledge to fully develop expertise in the area of Facebook.

On completion of this course, participants will have the following:

• Improve the design of their business Facebook page to drive traffic and maximise sales
• Develop a targeted social media strategy to increase customer engagement online and articulate the value of the brand
• Understand Facebook targeted advertising for their business
• Examine and understand Facebook analytics

• Zoom Virtual Classroom
• You will only need a PC/laptop/smart phone or tablet to participate
• This interactive training experience enables you to connect remotely with our Specialists in an online classroom (using features such as screensharing, ppts, whiteboards and break out rooms)
• Individual Mentoring online on a one to one basis (on line) following the group sessions that will be available by appointment to suit your schedule.
