In recent weeks many organisations have had to adapt quickly to working remotely and managing online teams.  Before the recent radical changes, more organizations were embracing these new ways of working.  It the past it was thought that only small teams could be managed remotely but with entire companies now working this way, what steps can we take to build in structure, transparency, productivity, and maintain a positive culture.

This workshop will be an provide managers with key tips and tasks to lead their remote team, support them to deliver company goals, and perhaps most importantly coach their team in this time of uncertainty.  Participants will leave with an action plan for themselves and the ability to support their team.
