Kildare Local Enterprise Office in association with Cloudtech Solutions has launched the LEAN Digitisation Programme to support Kildare businesses in the introduction and implementation of a secure and effective Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.

Customer Relations Management (CRM) is essential in establishing and maintaining relationships with your customers. The implementation of a CRM system is critical to ensure the effective management of customer details and communications, to allow business processes run as efficiently as possible ensuring increased productivity for your business.


Aimed at:

Kildare businesses in the manufacturing, technology and internationally traded services sector with the need to implement a CRM system 


Programme Objective:

Kildare Local Enterprise Office are delivering a CRM Digitisation Programme for companies moving on from the Lean Programme. 

  • The aim is to provide companies with a free 60 day trial of Zoho One (one of the world’s leading CRM suites). 
  • Cloudtech will provide configuration, set up, training and ongoing mentoring services based upon each companies key business requirements. 
  • Remote support will be available from Cloudtech to handle any ad hoc issues, questions or training needs. 

Programme details:

  • 1 x half-day interactive workshop taking place Monday 14th June from 9.30am-2pm 
  • CRM Mentoring with an experienced CRM practitioner (6 Sessions)
  • Individual Client Application Session (4 sessions for a specific app for the client)
  • Remote Support (1 hr per client)

This programme also includes a special offer

  • Free trial with business operating system Zoho One

Content Breakdown 

    • Week 1 – Kick-Off & CRM overview – 4 hours (With breaks and lunch break)
    • Week 2 – CRM Requirements Gathering & Documentation – 3 x 1-hour sessions
    • Week 3 – CRM Set up & Configuration – 3 hours (CTL time)
    • Week 4 – CRM Training – 3 x 1 hour sessions
    • Week 5 – CRM Training – 3 x 1 hour sessions
    • Week 6 – Additional Module Requirements Gathering – 2 hours
    • Week 7 – Module Set up & Configuration – 2 hours (CTL time)
    • Week 8 – Module Training – 2 x 2 hour sessions
    • Week 9 – Ad Hoc Support – 1 hour
