Standing out from the crowd. Creating an enduring craft-sector business.  *For Kildare Based Clients Only*

What is it?

A training course to help up-and-coming craft sector clients.  A programme, of practical theory and exercises, that helps to put aspiring craft business owners on the right track, to carving out a place in the market for their businesses.

There will be opportunity to see it all in practice: interactive sessions will aid networking and information sharing, as business owners learn how to implement much of the above.

Who is it for?

It is aimed at owner/managers looking to get beyond their basic business idea. It’s likely they have limited or little knowledge of the route to success, beyond the basics.

Programme structure

A one-day live session followed-up with individual 1-hour specific zoom consultations.

Attendees’ businesses/specific market sectors will be reviewed prior to the sessions to make the day’s coverage most relevant.

Live session

One-day.  Theory comprising a morning’s practical session, with lots of real-life examples.  Followed by an afternoon’s group work on a simple brand development project.  The interactive sessions will aid networking and information sharing, as clients learn how to implement much of the theory.
