Course Content:

The programme covers communication, persuasion & how to structure presentation. It will also address the impact of words, body language and para linguistics (voice tone, pace, pitch, tempo) and how to demonstrate confidence, handle questions, listen effectively and increase the chances of getting the outcome you want, whether that is making a sale, getting finance, enlisting support, or persuading an audience to take action. We use video and send copies of the video to all participants (their own presentation only).
