Customer experience is in vogue as it is becoming one of the key differentiators for any brand. So, for all businesses, customer experience should be the prime focus to make your brand stand out.  As per Forbes, “Customer experience is today’s business benchmark.” It is becoming the new norm for brands. It has never been more important to put your customers first.  In this programme participants will develop a solid customer experience strategy to enhance client
experience across all the touchpoints.  They will learn the importance of delivering a delightful customer experience to make their business stand out from its competitors.

The focus will be across three principal areas:

Boost sales conversions:
Research shows that customers with high satisfaction levels spend 140% more compared to those who have a terrible experience. We look at how to create these satisfying brand experiences to generate higher customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Increase customer loyalty:
A superior experience becomes a valued asset for any type of business. Customer acquisition costs 7 time more than maintaining an existing one. Hence, creating a pleasant experience delights clients and ensures that they keep doing business with you in the future.

Higher client retention:
Delivering prompt service boosts customer satisfaction and encourages them to retain your business.  With an increase in CX, customer support issues reduce significantly. Satisfied customers choose to be associated with a brand for a lifetime.
