• Creating a Facebook strategy – key steps in creating a robust strategy
• Setting objectives, goals and KPI’s
• Facebook Insights – a walk through Facebook insights and how to read the reports
• Tone of voice: defining their brand personality and tone of voice for their social channels
• Designing creative visual content using Canva and other design apps like Wordswag, Ripl, Wave.video. Enabling them to take their visual content to a new level
• Understanding Facebook’s news feed filter to ensure high organic reach and engagement – key steps on how to beat the filter.
• Reviewing their Facebook pages ensuring all the correct settings and features are active.
• Running competitions is one of the most popular activities on Facebook, participants will learn about Facebook promotion guidelines and how to run a successful competition.
• Using advanced tools like Instant Experience and setting up Lead Forms (for use in ads)
• Facebook live: how to run a live stream, key considerations and features
• Q&A

Course Outcomes:

At the end of the workshop(s) each participant will: 

• Have developed/ amended the Facebook strategy for their business and have the knowledge and tools to be able to implement their strategy
• Understand relationship marketing and how they can use it effectively in their business
• Know how to increase their organic reach
• Be aware and know how to use advanced features on Facebook like Lead Forms, Carousals, Slideshows, Stories & Instant Experiences
