Are you getting started with Facebook and unsure where to start? This course is designed for businesses that are new to Facebook and want to create a Facebook page.

Objectives

To provide you with the skills, tool and knowledge to be able to create a Facebook page and know how to navigate and use key features and tools.

Content covered includes

  • Step by step to setting up a Facebook page
  • Creating an account
  • Profile vs. page – what’s the difference
  • Setting up a page – step by step
  • Accessing a page using the Facebook app and computer/laptop
  • Editing the page about section
  • Accessing and editing general settings
  • Uploading photos / videos
  • Using the creator studio for scheduling
  • Q&A Throughout

Outcomes:

At the end of the course, you will:

  • Have a Facebook business page set up for your business
  • Understand the difference between a Facebook account, page and profile
  • Be able to navigate your Facebook account and post content to your page
To take part in the practical elements of this course,  please have a fully charged laptop (not a tablet) and smartphone at hand along with your existing Facebook account details.
