Management Development - Business Coaching Programme 2021

This programme will combine management theory, peer learning, networking and one to one business coaching for you, the business owner.

Who should attend:

Well established business people, who have not previously completed the Owner Management Development Programme but have a well-established business trading at least greater than three years.

Objectives of the Programme:

To provide ‘survival’ strategies to well established business faced with challenges such as COVID, Brexit etc. To increase the participant’s ability to further develop their business by focusing on the practical challenges and opportunities they are facing or about to face. The current issues of COVID-19 and Brexit need to be managed around. To challenge the participants to clarify their next move and put in place the necessary resources and plans to make it happen. To ensure you, as the business owner, have an individual coaching support available to them to support your current business journey.

Duration & Delivery:

The programme will run over 10 to 12  modules and weeks with the details and dates to be confirmed. The coaching will be one to one specific to your business and will be flexible to meet your business needs. The programme will be delivered in line with COVID restrictions in place at the time.
