• 3 steps to becoming a ROS Customer.
• Log into ROS as a ROS customer.
• Manage Bank Account, including Set-up ROS Debit Instruction
• Filing a return on line.
• Uploading file created off Line.
• Download ROS offline application.
• Downloading and completing ROS forms off line.
• Making Payments.
• Using the Inbox facility for Returns, Payments Refunds etc
• Manage My Enquiries

Training Method

A Revenue Power point presentation is emailed to each participant.
Participants download ROS form offline and complete
Trainer demonstrates by use of a ROS Customer log in, completing a return on line, uploading a form completed offline and using the Inbox facility.
