• Understanding the operating environment as ‘you contemplate setting up a business’.
• Marketing a new small business incl’ reference to social media – introduction.
• Profiling potential customer base.
• Tax registration; tax matters which a new business needs to consider.
• Bookkeeping and other administration areas that would likely need to be addressed in a start-up.
• Compliance matters like health & safety.
•  Financial management matters like how to cost ‘your goods / services fully’.
•  Business planning.
•  The mindset of the entrepreneur.

While this training course is open to everyone, if over-subscribed priority will be given to Leitrim based companies.
