Lorna Doorley, Your Sacred Space
Lorna Doorley is a Women's Wellbeing Holistic Therapist, owner of Your Sacred Space. Lorna will share her personal experience of her battle with negative body image and how she finally broke free from repeated failed diets to a life of freedom and joy by focusing on the person within and what lay beneath. She will give some guidance and suggestions on tuning out the inner critic and turning up the volume on your own inner cheerleader! Lorna delivers her message with humour and compassion.
