This programme will demystify the tendering process and help you to write better bids to improve your chances of winning more contracts. Keystone focus on two topics:

1. Navigating the public sector market place: tour of the eTenders website to make sure participants understand how they can find out public contracts, what they need to do to start targeting the right opportunities and how to submit a tender.
2. Bid Management – what to do and how to do it:  the process to be followed to bid effectively and focus on what buyers look for from bidders. Scoring criteria explained and how to interpret them.
